2023 Fall Registration Instructions (English)

Notice: Every student who attends Wen Hua Chinese School must have a school-issued email account. If you are a new student and you do not currently have an account, please contact your teacher or send an email directly to info@whchinese.org.

Email

  • Accessing a simple webmail client: - https://whchinese.org/mail. This client supports sending/receiving emails, and changing password.

Enter your email address and school-assigned password to log in.

Please click the gear button at the lower left hand side (this will take you to settings). In the following page that you are redirected to, click on the fourth column on the left hand side bar named "Password". Once you have successfully changed your password, please log out immediately and log back in using the password you have just set as your new one.

  • You may use the more complex web client named mail.whchinese.org, which can also be used to access emails, change password, and some other functionalities. 

1. The mail webclient has two different interface options

2. Forwarders - you may choose multiple addresses to forward your emails to. 

3. Change your email password.

4. Configuration for other mail clients. Such as mobile phone, computer, etc.

 

Wen Hua Chinese School Learning Center

Open the https://whchinese.org/learn/, then input your username and assigned password. Press login when you have completely filled in your information. In the next page, you will be prompted to change your password. It is recommended that you choose a password that is the same as the one you chose for your school mailbox.

Once you have inputted your new password, you will be shown the school policies. Please read through this page carefully and press confirm when you are done reading to state that you are in agreement with these policies.

 

Class Registration

Press site home and search for the course that you wish to enroll in. Then, proceed to press the button labeled "Access".

Once you have clicked into your class, make sure that it is the class that you wish to enroll in. Then, press the button labeled "send payment via PayPal". 

Once the payment goes through successfully, please return to Learning Center and refresh the page. Now you should see your newly registered class under "My active courses"

Access school web site - https://whchinese.org/. Select Classes drop-down menu, then click Calendar.
